COMCAST users - Please note: We are experiencing problems communicating with COMCAST via e-mail. We are RECEIVING e-mails from COMCAST users, but we are unable to SEND e-mails to COMCAST users (This includes your order and shipping confirmations.) Please contact COMCAST and let them know that our e-mails are being blocked. They will not talk directly to us as we are not a COMCAST customer. We have repeatedly tried to discuss this with them and we were told the same thing each time. Thank you for your business. ************** UPDATE 10/01/2009 ************* We have been contacted by Comcast and they said that they will "un-block" our e-mails. Thank you to all of those Comcast subscribers that contacted them directly as this appears to have resolved the issue.
