Crescent Single shot
"I am trying to find the pin that attaches the barrel to the main frame on a Crescent Essex SX single shot shotgun. You did not show a diagram. It is about 13/8" long and 3/8" diameter. There is also an associated catch that locks it in place that I need. Do you have a diagram for this type of gun? Its patent was 1901 and its about a 1920 or 1930 vintage. It looks similar in design to my single shot HR."

"I find it really hard to pay $7.50 shipping for parts that all together aren't much bigger than a vitamin weigh less. The parts I need to order could be shipped in a First Class envelope for a total of less than a dollar. Your prices I think are fair but your shipping is too much./ Also I could not find anything under SavageMark IIBTVS 22LR."

"I might have missed it, but is there anyway you could have some type of automatic email notification system in place regarding availability of parts? It would be really cool to have such an option in regards to searching for obsolete parts. They have similar features on ebay where you can save a search and when something becomes available it sends me an automatic email making me aware that a particular item is now available. I can't be the only one out here that has project guns that I have spent years scouring for parts. Anyways just a thought. I know that my interest in my guns kinda cycles a little because I find one part, get excited then can't find anything else and I give up looking for a while. With a voluntary email notification system I could be made aware of the parts quickly which means I could buy it as soon as it is available for sale. Just a thought. You already have a great site and if you have such a system please let me know. "

Bolt for a Stevens 15A
"I recieved my replacement bolt which was a complete unit. However, after installing the bolt into the rifle I took it to the range and attempted to test fire it. The spring engaged once the trigger was pulled and fired. However, when I loaded a round into the chamber and tried the firearm once more, it failed to fire. I was hoping you could tell me what might be the problem to why the firing pin isn't striking the cartridge hard enough to ignite it? Its a bran new bolt that I ordered and everything appears to be in good order. Thank you"
Did you receive the note regarding the fitting of this item? Your bolt may require minor fitting. You may want to see your local gunsmith for assistance. If you feel that there is a problem with the bolt you can return it for an inspection and a possible exchange.

"I have this pistol and the slide isn't fully closing. There is a very small gap between the front of the slide and the barrel. I am looking for the spring located in the slide which I assume helps the spent cartridge eject. I'm not sure what the part name is and am hoping you can help.

The 12C model has the same specs as the standard 12 or 12A model, except the 12C has a 24 inch octagonal barrel and a pistol grip stock. The standard model 12 schematic sent is the only one that we have available.

recoil spring for phoenix arms hp22
"recoil spring advertised for hp22 is wrong... may fit the 25 cal.. it is about 3/8" too long and heavier,, regardless. it will not install"

Gun Schematics
"Hello
I commend your site and company overall.
However, I see one BIG problem with your gun schematics.
Schematic is superimposed over the Numrich logo.
That may be fine....but, not if you are trying to see the gun parts in detail.
The logo obscures the schematic.
I have found gun detail so poor that basically schematic is unusable.
I know this cannot be the intension of Numrich.
Please, to help customers benefit from your site and features, make the schematics clearer and readable.
